Xiaomi is going to launch its first smartphone in the Note 5 series as Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has the latest version of MIUI 9 software. The mobile phone has been launched in China on 21 August 2017. In India, the Note 5A will be available from September 2017. Xiaomi Redmi Note Series 5 is the successor of the Note Series 4. Xiaomi’s Note series is very popular in India and Redmi Note 5A will also be in high demand in the Indian market.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A runs on the latest MIUI 9 software. The weight of the mobile phone is 153 grams and the dimensions are 153 x 76.2 x 7.7 mm. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A supports dual Nano Sim cards. Display screen size of Redmi Note 5A is 5.5 inches with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The mobile phone is packed with the powerful processor of Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A runs on the latest version of Android 7.0 (Nougat).

Xiaomi has launched two variants of Note 5A. The internal memories and RAM in both the variants are 32 GB, 3 GB, and 64 GB, 4 GB respectively. The phone memory can be expanded by external microSD card up to 256 GB. If we talk about the camera of the mobile phone then it is really great for selfie lovers. The primary camera of the mobile phone is 13 MP with the flashlight. Xiaomi has given 16 MP front selfie camera in Note 5A.

Redmi Note 5A is powered by nonremovable Li-Ion 3080 mAh battery. The phone can run up to 240 hours in Standby mode. Three colors are available in Note 5A, Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold. It has fingerprint sensor along with accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass sensors. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A supports Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth, GPS and FM Radio connections.

The phone is available in China from 21 August 2017. It will be available in India for everyone from the month of September.
